Managing Director – Founder
Dave Susith Balapitiya is the Founder of Wizard Accounting, an accounting practice established in 2006. He began his career as a professional accountant in 1994 and has since accumulated extensive experience working in Australia, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
In the early stages of his career, Dave worked with Big Four accounting firms, where he led statutory audits for major conglomerates. With over 20 years of experience as a tax practitioner, he has advised a wide range of individual and business clients on taxation matters, GST compliance, business registrations, and general business advisory services.
Dave is a Registered Tax Agent, an Accredited Mortgage Consultant, and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia). He holds a Master of Business in Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Technology, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
Jude Suresh Gnanapragasam

Jude is a highly experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax professional with an extensive career spanning multiple industries, including Tax Practice, Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Trading.
He brings deep expertise in financial reporting, managerial finance, financial modelling, and business taxation, supported by many years of senior leadership experience. Jude began his career in public practice, where he developed a strong technical foundation in taxation and accounting before advancing into senior finance roles across Australia and Africa. His international experience has provided him with broad commercial insight and a strong understanding of diverse regulatory and business environments.
As a registered Tax Agent, Jude provides comprehensive management consultancy, financial accounting, and taxation services. He is committed to delivering strategic, practical, and compliant financial solutions that support sustainable business growth and long-term client success.
